Application Information

To qualify to live at Willow Creek we look for at least 6 months verifiable employment and approximately 3 times the amount of rent in gross monthly income. No monies owed to a landlord, no evictions, no felonies and no misdemeanor crimes against people or property.

There is a $150 administration fee and application fee of $45 per person over 18 yrs of age or married couple. Deposits vary due to credit.

• Deposits: One Bedroom $250, Two Bedroom $350
• Administration Fee: $150
• Application Fee: $45 per person or married couple
• Reserved Parking: $25

Pet Policies

• $300 non-refundable pet fee
• Pet Rent: $20 per month per pet
• Breed restrictions apply
